Mental Health and Wellness ProgramOffered by Gilmore Park United Church
Our friends at Gilmore Park United are offering a series of mental health and wellness programs. This latest group will focus on practical tools for wellness including meditation. They are limiting participation to 15 people in order to ensure a good sense of connection and trust between the participants so please encourage folks to register if they are interested. It is expected to fill up. It is not a therapy group but primarily educational. However, folks are invited to connect the content with their own experiences and are free to share and discuss that.
If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to contact the leader, Liz Barlow (eebarlow101@gmail.com), who is an active member of Gilmore Park and a retired social worker. |
